Information on Fearby, Yorkshire

Fearby is a small village 5 miles south west of Bedale and 3 miles west of Masham. It boasts a popular pub, the Black Swan and a caravan site. 5 miles from the village is a folly- a miniature Stonehenge or druid’s temple, built in the 1820s by William Danby, squire of Swinton, near Masham.
